LEISURE ACTIVITIES
After reading the previous page about our physical activities you may be wondering if we are “all work and no play” but be re-assured we have a very strong Social Section which organizes a varied program of events throughout the year.
Recent Social Events have included:-
- Evening cruise on the River Dee
- George Formby musical night
- Mince pie & sherry evening
- Halloween Party
- Bowls afternoon competition (crown green) followed by a meal
- Skittles evening followed by a pub meal
- Plant Sale
- Turkey & Tinsel 5 day trip to Scotland
- Hot Pot supper and Quiz
- Annual Christmas Dinner/Dance
